Bristol visits
For a Bristol site, provide the full postcode, access instructions and any restrictions on arrival or parking. If your kitchen is in a shared building, explain how the engineer can reach the equipment and who will meet them.
Bath visits
For a Bath site, include delivery access, stairs or restricted access routes and your opening or service times. These details help us plan attendance around the premises. Coverage and attendance are confirmed after reviewing your request.

The online form records the equipment problem and your contact details. We review the request and contact you about availability and the next step. Submitting a request does not guarantee an immediate visit or a fixed repair price. Your engineer discusses the work and any required parts with you.
Before requesting a repair
Describe what happens when the appliance is used, when the problem began and whether an error code appears. Please do not remove protective covers or attempt internal repairs to diagnose it for the form. Select Other if your equipment is not listed.
Normal hours are 8am–5pm, seven days a week. Submit a repair request online at any time. Out-of-hours assistance is subject to engineer availability and may carry additional call-out charges.
